Realized mobility – experiences

During the period from 25 to 29 May 2026, Dražana Đurđević implemented an Erasmus+ mobility of non-teaching staff at the partner institution Zagreb School of Business in Zagreb, Republic of Croatia.

During the mobility, Dražana had the opportunity to learn about the organization and management of student documentation, administrative procedures that accompany the student cycle, as well as digital solutions used in managing student records. Special attention was paid to the exchange of experiences in the field of student services, keeping student records, archiving documentation and supporting students during their studies.

Speaking about her experience, Dražana emphasized that the mobility was extremely useful for acquiring new knowledge and professional skills, as well as for a better understanding of the functioning of partner institutions in the European Higher Education Area. In addition to professional development, the stay in Zagreb contributed to the development of intercultural competences and increased awareness of the importance of international cooperation.

The Academy of Vocational Studies Novi Sad continues to encourage the active participation of teaching and non-teaching staff in the Erasmus+ program, recognizing mobility as an important instrument for employee development, improving institutional capacities and strengthening the European dimension of higher education.

As part of Erasmus+ mobility, Marija Jurina and Domagoj Kunstek, on behalf of the University of Business in Zagreb, Croatia, visited the Academy of Vocational Studies Novi Sad, Department of the University of Business in Novi Sad, in the period from 18.03.2026. to 22.03.2026.

During the stay, a program of professional exchange of experiences and familiarization with the organization of the work of the host institution was implemented, with a special focus on administrative processes, international cooperation, student support and improving the quality of work of higher education institutions. Representatives of the partner institution had the opportunity to get acquainted with the organization of the Academy, activities carried out within the framework of international projects, as well as with the implementation of Erasmus+ student and staff mobility.

The mobility included meetings with the Erasmus team and professional services, exchange of good practice examples, as well as discussions on the possibilities of further improving cooperation between the two institutions. The special importance of this visit is reflected in the strengthening of international cooperation, the development of institutional capacities and the improvement of the competences of non-teaching staff through the exchange of experiences and the adoption of new approaches to work.

In addition to work activities, the guests had the opportunity to get acquainted with the cultural and academic environment of Novi Sad, which further contributed to the strengthening of international ties and the promotion of intercultural cooperation.

The Academy of Vocational Studies Novi Sad, Department of the Novi Sad Business School, continues to actively develop international cooperation and encourage the implementation of employee and student mobility within the Erasmus+ program, with the aim of improving the quality of education and internationalization of higher education.

Within the framework of the Erasmus+ mobility program, the outgoing mobility of teaching staff of the Academy of Vocational Studies Novi Sad, Department of the Novi Sad Business School, was implemented for the purpose of teaching at the PAR University of Applied Sciences, Rijeka.

Academy professors, Dr. Tatjana Bošković, Dr. Jelena Vukićević and Dr. Marija Vranješ, stayed at the partner institution from May 18 to 22, 2026, where they presented the work of their institution through teaching activities and expert meetings, exchanged experiences with colleagues and contributed to strengthening international academic cooperation.

During the mobility, activities were implemented within the teaching process, as well as meetings with representatives of the Polytechnic PAR, where topics of importance for improving the quality of teaching, modern methods of working with students, internationalization of higher education and development of joint academic activities were discussed. Special focus was on the exchange of examples of good practice and opportunities for further connecting teachers and students of the two institutions.

The stay at the partner institution took place in a pleasant and stimulating working atmosphere, with open dialogue and exchange of professional experiences. Such types of mobility represent a significant contribution to the professional development of teaching staff, strengthening international cooperation and improving competences in the field of higher education.

The Academy of Vocational Studies Novi Sad, Department of the Higher School of Business in Novi Sad, continues to actively encourage the participation of teaching and non-teaching staff in international mobility programs, recognizing Erasmus+ activities as an important segment of the development of the institution and improving the quality of the educational process.

As part of the Erasmus + teacher mobility project, Dr. Jelena Damnjanović, Dr. Slobodanka Jovin, Dr. Sanja Vlaović Begović and Dr. Mirela Momčilović visited and gave guest lectures at the Polytechnic of PAR in Rijeka, Croatia, from 18.11.2024 to 22.11.2024.

As part of the Erasmus + student mobility project, student Lazar Reljić studied at the “ISAG – European Business School” in Porto, Portugal, from 07.10.2024 to 01.02.2025.
