Марија Вуковић, родом Влаховић, рођена је на православни Божић 1979. године. Запослена је на Високој пословној школи струковних студија у Новом Саду од 07.05.2002. године. Предаје предмете Јавне финансије и Родно одговорно буџетирање. Основне студије завршила је на Економском факултету у Приштини, дипломирала 24.09.2001. године. Магистарирала је на Економском факултету, Универзитет у Београду 27.09.2004. године са темом: Макроекономска стабилизација и фискална политика у Републици Србији. Докторску дисертацију одбранила је на Економском факултету Универзитета у Нишу на тему: Финансирање фискалног дефицита и оптимизација јавног дуга у Републици Србији.

Опште професионално искуство:

Научно-истраживачки рад др Марија Вуковић обухвата следеће теме: родно одговорно буџетирање, међународно опорезивање, јавне финансије, финансијска стратегију и планирање пореза, политичка економија фискалног дефицита, одрживи ниво фискалног дефицита и начини за његово финансирање, дизајн оптималног нивоа опорезивања, одговоран и правичан систем јавне потрошње у складу са циљевима одрживог развоја, утицај фискалне политике на неједнакост дохотка, развој здраве фискалне децентрализације, анализа буџета на свим нивоима територијалне поделе власти, дигитализација пореске администрације. Интересује се за родно осетљив приступ наведеним темама.

Специфично професионално искуство:

Полазница курса „Deutshe Gesellschaft fur Technische Zusammenarbeit\\\“ (GTZ), сертификат из области економије и финансија. Факултативно слушала и полагала предмет Економетрија панела и i Економетрија на Економском факултету Универзитета у Београду.
