Wine production as a family business: opportunities and challenges
The focus of the lecture will be on sharing experiences from several related topics: from entrepreneurship and creation, development and maintenance of family business, through the presentation of the wine market in Serbia and introduction to the basics of enological culture. The lecture will also deal with the tourist segment, where the guest lecturer will explain the process of creating a tourist product and present the situation in wine tourism in Serbia.
The lecture will be held on Monday, December 18th, in the School premises, starting at 11:00 a.m.
