Work Placement I (ENT)

Work placement is designed in such a way to enable students to apply work placement objectives in real-life situations thus combining acquired knowledge both from theoretical and practical training.

Themes concerning work placement:
1. Starting a business, business organization, ending business operations. The relationship of owners and managers;
2. The system of decision-making and communication in organizations. ENTREPRENEURSHIP in manufacturing and services. Contemporary forms of work organization. Project organization;
3. Preparation of individual business development plans. Production plan, personnel plan, material plan, sales plan, financial plan. Business activities and accounting system of a company. Application of financial and management accounting. Introduction to the financial functions of the company. Forms of financial function organization;
4. The basic elements of strategic planning. Business development.

Teachers for themes 1, 2, 3, 4 are obliged to prepare both learning resources and relevant documentation, and instructions for the use of the data.
